About us

VISIO Technics

Visio Technics is the commercial unit of the Vibrational Spectroscopies for Insitu and Operando (VISIO) platform of the Laboratoire Catalyse et Spectrochimie (LCS).

We focus on:

• promoting the commercialisation of spectroscopic tools for studying materials and reactions.

• providing services of analysis of materials and reactions at controlled atmosphere either in an in situ mode (vacuum) or in operando conditions (simulation of the operation conditions in different industrial processes).

The LCS is a mixed research unit (UMR 6506) of the CNRS, the École Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs de Caen (ENSICAEN), and the University of Caen Normandy.

• We prepare materials and study their properties to optimize their performance in the fields of environment and sustainable development, energy, or for new technologies (sensors, drug vectorisation, etc.).
• We have technical platforms and experienced project teams for partnerships with companies through fundamental research and service provision
